The Challenge:

The objective was to reduce the incidents of sign kit re-shipment (full or partial) by capturing site conditions to create unique sign hardware databasecapturing fixture quantities and configurations. The end goal; facilitate the delivery of an accurate, localized sign kit mix to each retail location.

The Solution:

The Connect Oasis team deployed a store survey to department managers using the Site-Specs asset audit app, programed to capture site-specific fixture & signage conditions. Data was fed into the Site-Intel platform to enable merchandising and set-up teams to maximize compliance through accurate program placement. Site-Intel was able to ensure the store profile matched the store specific kit being sent.This also allowed for the tracking of ongoing attribute updates in 350+ stores on the Site-Intel platform.

The Outcome:

Our client was quickly able to see a significant ROI with reduced sign kit production costs, a dramatic savings in re-shipment freight cost and in-store set-up labor.
